- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via Cash on Delivery.

- We ship within Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is handed over to the courier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not offer returns or refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to cancellation fees if refused without valid reason.
